Membership Application Form

I hereby apply for full membership with WOW FM 100.7 Community Radio. I understand that the board, under the following criteria, will assess all membership applications.

1. All members agree to abide by the Community Broadcasting Code of Practice, the Australian Broadcasting Services Act, and the WOW FM Broadcasting Policies as amended from time to time.
2. WOW FM does not discriminate on the grounds of race, sex, religion, disability, or age. The management can refuse membership or reject an existing member on the basis of non-compliance with the above criteria.
3. Membership does not automatically guarantee an “on-air” program.
4. Membership is valid for 12 months, starting from 1st July until the end of June the following year. Membership renewals are due on 28th June each year.
5. Membership fees are non-refundable and membership is not transferable.
6. Membership is open to all community groups and individuals who are willing to abide by WOW FM 100.7 policies and ACMA rules.

In the event of my admission as a member, I agree to the above conditions and to be bound by the constitution, rules, and standing orders of the Association. I have read and understand the Community Broadcasting Code of Practice.
