Radio Mike With Mike Denning

Mike Denning joined WOW-FM in early 2021, having worked for other community radio stations in previous years.

He began at Hawkesbury Radio in 2015 and then moved to Hawkesbury Gold before being the breakfast presenter at Pulse-FM.

Mike is not just a radio presenter, he is also very talented at playing the flute and the piano. He has been involved in outside broadcasts such as the Hawkesbury Show, Dawn Service, and general promotions.

His program on WOW-FM, ‘Radio Mike’, features music from the 1960s right through to the present day. It also features news and interviews highlighting local Australian talent. Mike plays a wide range of music genres including popular music, rock and roll, Indie, and the occasional forgotten gems.

Whilst Mike is not particularly a rock and roller, his involvement in community radio has given him an appreciation of all types of music. Radio Mike is heard on WOW-FM every Monday from 3pm to 5pm.
